What is InstaComment?
InstaComment is a collection of browser-based tools for creating Instagram-style question boxes, comments, and poll graphics that you can download as images.
Is InstaComment free to use?
Yes. The current generators are free to use and do not require an account.
Does InstaComment post directly to Instagram?
No. The tools create downloadable images. You can then add the downloaded image to your Story, Reel, video, or design using the app or editor of your choice.
Is InstaComment affiliated with Instagram or Meta?
No. InstaComment is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
Are my text and profile images uploaded?
The current generators process your text and selected profile image inside your browser. The generator code does not upload that content to a server.
Instagram Question Box Generator
How do I create an Instagram question box?
Open the Instagram question box generator, customize the header and question, select “Generate Question Box,” and then download the finished PNG.
Can I change the “Ask me a question” heading?
Yes. The header field lets you replace “Ask me a question” with your own short heading before generating the image.
Can I make a fake Instagram question box?
You can create an Instagram-style question box for mockups, memes, demonstrations, and entertainment. Do not use generated content to impersonate, harass, or mislead someone.
What format is the question sticker downloaded in?
The question box is downloaded as a PNG image, ready to add to a Story or another design.
Comment and Poll Generators
How do I create a custom comment image?
Open the comment generator, choose a profile picture, enter a username and comment, generate the preview, and download the PNG.
Can I use my own profile picture?
Yes. Select “Upload Profile Picture” to preview and include an image from your device in the generated comment graphic.
What can I customize in the poll generator?
The poll generator lets you edit the poll title, option names, and percentages before downloading the result.
Downloads and Troubleshooting
Why did my image not download?
Make sure your browser allows downloads from instacomment.org. If the issue continues, try an up-to-date version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
Can I edit an image after downloading it?
Return to the generator, change the fields, generate a new preview, and download the updated version. You can also edit the PNG in your preferred image or video editor.
